Victor Valley Community Hospital was founded in 1967. As a 101 acute care bed facility, the nonprofit hospital is committed to providing high quality, cost effective health care services to residents of the High Desert communities Governed by a Board of Directors comprised of area business professionals and physicians, the hospital is fully accredited by the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program and the California Medical Association. Victor Valley Community Hospital (VVCH) offers a full range of
health care services, from primary acute care and highly specialized regional services to
outpatient services and wellness education programs.
On October 16, 2012, VVCH was purchased by KPC Global and began an exciting journey.
Our dedication to quality in our community's healthcare has never changed and with the receipt
of the 2012 Healthgrades Maternity Care Excellence award, coupled with the 2012 Gynecologic Surgery Excellence award, VVCH is placed in the top 10% in the nation among healthcare providers.
As the hospital transitions to a new name, Victor Valley Global Medical Center, and a renewed vision of being the premiere healthcare facility in the High Desert, we look forward to our partnership with the community, the physicians, and other providers in ensuring our community remains strong and healthy.
